This was probably taken in the teens or early twenties based on similarities in other shots. The saltbox, billboards, and track that can be seen just under the left roof eave are consistent with the shot of the team track, and the photo of the rear of the building. Notice the track behind the building but no loop around the front.  Is that a coal pile in front of the railing for the switch tower?
