Single end double truck high floor car, 43' length over buffers, width 8'2", weight 46,000 lbs. Seating capacity 48. St. Louis 4'7" wb trucks with 2 Westinghouse 100 hp motors. Built by Niles Car Co., it was a special car made for Mr. Price. It became a mototman's school car later in life.
As built 3550 had a center door and side rods both of which were removed during the 1921 rebuild.
